I’ve been using Five Star Critter Care for about a year now and couldn’t be happier. It took me a while to find a pet sitter on par with the fantastic sitter I had before moving to Denver. I’ve finally found that with Abby and Five Star Critter Care.

Abby is extremely professional and takes great care of my cat, Milo. In turn, Milo really likes Abby and I feel very confident when I’m away that Milo is well taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Abby to anyone who needs the services of a professional pet sitter!

Our pets are our friends and family members – so I really appreciate the quality care that was given to our smallest family member. Definitely recommend.

Abby is the BEST! We were so worried after our last pet sitter retired, but she recommended Five Star Critter Care and are so thankful that she did. Abby is the best! She is always reliable and trustworthy and I always feel like my boys are in good hands. On our recent 9 day vacation, one of my cats fell ill. Abby went above and beyond to make sure he got to the vet, got his meds, and was quarantined to ensure my house wasn’t a disaster! She was proactive and communicated with me all week and nursed my little guy back to health. Highly recommend her services!

Abby has been a huge part of our family for 5 years. She is an intelligent, caring woman of high integrity. I have never encountered a problem with her. My three crazy Dachshunds love an “Abby Day” when she comes to feed and walk them three times a day. I have been using Five Star Critter Care for about a year – maybe a tad longer. I use her for daily walks and overnight check ups when I’m on vacation. Abby is wonderful! I have 2 dogs. The first is not so friendly with other dogs and Abby does a great job with her on walks. The other is an old grumpy lady who needs to warm up to people. Abby has been so patient with both dogs and their ‘issues’ and very caring and understanding towards their needs. Both dogs love her! She spoils them rotten – belly rubs, treats, sits with them before she needs to dash off to another appointment etc. She is very responsible and takes very good care of my girls. I highly recommend her for your pet sitting and walking needs or whatever you may need with your own pet. Cheers!

Abby does a terrific job of making sure our cats have everything they need while we’re away. The business’ web site is great for scheduling and payment at whatever time is convenient for me. Responses to questions and service requests are always speedy. I feel confident everything is in good hands when we’re out of town!

A Very Personal Touch!!!!

My husband and I were referred to Abby by another pet sitter and have had her watch our pups over two holidays so far. We have an almost 13 yr. old diabetic Yellow Lab Mix who is partially blind and deaf, as well as a 10 yr. old English Pointer. We definitely wanted someone who knew how to care for senior pups and feel confident in Abby watching them. They both love spending time with her when she comes by for visits. Abby is always very professional and keeps us in the loop on how the pups are doing. Her website makes scheduling and payments a breeze as well. We have already recommended her to friends and look forward to working with her more in the future.

My husband found Abby through google a couple of months ago when we were looking for a dog walker to walk our two dogs while we’re at work. Since then, we couldn’t be happier. Abby takes the dogs on 30 minute walks and at the end of the walk, provides us with a picture from the walk, information on how the walk went, and whether the dogs went to the bathroom. We’ve had a couple of times where we needed to cancel a walk or change the instructions when coming into or leaving the house and she’s quick to respond and accommodate. We’re very happy with her and so are our dogs!!

Abby has taken such good care of our dogs when we are away. We love getting the daily pictures and updates. We recently had one of our dogs get sick while she was watching them and she took such good care of our sick puppy until we could get home. It gives us such peace of mind to know that they are in such good care when we are away. We would highly recommend Abby to anyone!!!!

Abby watched my special needs kitty while I was out of town and she did a phenomenal job!!! I very highly recommend her!! I received updates and photos every visit and any time I had a question she responded in a short, timely manner. Very professional and easy to work with!
